They pay per month per contract type on the individual side. If anyone wants an appointment, let me know. Can be tough to get out of state, but almost all of my people are out of state. I do lead programs, etc...
That's why I've shifted most of my UHC reps over to it. My assumption was that if they didn't hit MLR, they must've made some money. They're definitely competitive (with themselves) and we're writing a lot.
