Married, under 26, on both parents and spouses insurance.
No insurance for self.

Which is primary :
Parent's?
Spouse's?

Thank you.

Walk away.

I have seen this movie before.

It doesn't end well.

Oh, and let me guess. There is a pending pregnancy claim.

Actually a common situation for every married person under 26 who has insurance under their parents and spouse.

Caveat, NOT an agent.

I'd start by reading the coordination of benefits sections of both policies and then call ins co's if COB sections don't clarify your situation.

Being insured under a spouse's policy seems to me like it would be the same as having insurance for yourself and being covered under parents too.

So my guess is spouse primary, parents secondary, but that is just a non-agent guess. COB clauses and insurance co representatives statements would rule.

(and if it is that common a situation, it seems like you would already know the answer.)

OP ducked the preggo question.

This does not compute.

Husband covered by parent's insurance AND inlaw's insurance AND wife's insurance?

Wife covered by parent's insurance AND inlaw's insurance AND husband's insuance?
