24th is off b/c of the proximity to the weekend. Next year, it is a work day w/ an early close.

How much business do you really plan on writing on Dec 24th? For most people, its nada, zilch, zero.
I understand cleaning up a bit, but if the phone isn't ringing, why not spend the time with the family? Or maybe thats why some are working, because the family is in town

We will be open from 9pm-11pm on the 24th and then we will be closed until next year on the 24th. It's like my own little Super AEP...

Seems like my UW's and clients take the ten days off from last Fri - New Year's Day so I pretty much do the same. I have two 1/1 WC renewals I am still tweaking but that will only take a half day on Friday.
