Who Is Your Goto Co. For Dental, Vision, Hearing?

I also use Medico... They have a nice stand alone Dental Vision Hearing Plan to age 85.

They recently changed there benefits as of Oct 1 a little, but still a good plan.

I love the folks at the home office @ Medico - nice people.

But they didn't change the DVH a little, they changed it a lot.
It crossed over into the unsellable category for me.. not enough benefit for the premiums. Dental insurance, in general, is usually a bad deal for the consumer when they put pen to paper to figure out premiums vs. potential benefit, but Medico's latest move put that product as sub-standard.

At least they didn't take it away 100% like UCT did.

UCT just rolled out their new DV policy this week. Hearing is now a rider but they included it in the rates. Also lowered the max age to 70.

Looks like there really isn't a viable product for the Senior Market now.

They told me they were losing their shirt on their last rendition of their DVH.. not surprised they, too, have whittled it down to virtually no benefit.
