Who should be allowed to vote?

There is a lot more to government functions than spending.

If you dont like pitching into the same pool to help our country grow...
then stop using the roads
stop using the internet
stop using your cell phone
stop driving a car
stop using fossil fuels
stop using the local park
stop walking on sidewalks
stop buying groceries
etc. etc. etc.

wtf...

lets exclude from voting every single american who has dedicated their life to serve this country and make it function. Just what our founding fathers would have wanted.

Dumb ass sh*t
Good point. Would they keep military personell from voting because they are paid by the government?

The wealthy are more likely to vote for inflationary policy because it doesn't harm them as much and often is beneficial to them.

They're more likely to vote for things that are harmful to the country, as they're insulated from those effects as well.

Brings up a question- How many voting rich people in the US v Non rich voting people?

What $ = rich?

Don't know the numbers, but it's safe to say there are way more non-rich voting people.

For this discussion, it makes sense to define "rich" as people who only have to spend a tiny portion of their wealth.

I've heard that there are some people that want to give women the right to vote. Of all the crazy ideas!
I guess as long as they have to vote the way their husband tells them to it will be OK.
If we don't watch it they will be wanting our jobs and equal pay next.
