I shopped one of these around a couple of years ago. At that time, there was only one company that would write it, that was James River, and they had a $110,000 minimum premium. James River writes Uber, by the way. Lyft is insured by Zurich, but it's a custom-built program.

I've written some weird stuff like this and If I were you, first I would try the wholesaler RPS. Then I would try GMI, Prime, ARC, and Columbia.
