Give me a day or so to go through my notes. OneAmerica may be right up your alley as I know they allow up to 90% PUAR (if I remember correctly).

Regarding APL for PUAR planned payments... not sure about that. I know it would work for a base policy, such as a 10-pay, etc.

I'm getting ready for my sleep study in a couple of hours, so my thoughts are on that, but I'll check in again tomorrow.
