Why Do They Travel?

From time to time I here of agents driving or even

Flying to other states to run leads and staying over in motels.Is there something to that other than spending a fortune on travel expenses?

Oh yeah. Only about 200 hundred in travel expenses can be a good investment for a good sales week

Some people are just more comfortable working away from home. For whatever reason JDeasy ( I think) said he does not work his home county. Perhaps he can expound on his reasons. I have been thinking of no longer working locally because I have such a hard time remembering names and faces,. It is embarrassing to run into a client in the Walmart, and not be able to remember their names.

You get away from your wife.

I think the reasoning is that when your close to home your more likely to run errands or even go home between appointments, thus being less productive during the day. In the same vein, when your close to home the wife will call and ask you pick up stuff lol.
