The campaign has dubbed it "Don’t Tread on My Healthcare" and according to a press release, contestants are being asked to submit homemade videos that explain "why ObamaCare hurts families and businesses and is wrong for Texas."

There's something very fishy going on at Texas BCBS. They greened-out all information regarding 2016 plans on this "Actuarial Memorandum" at https://ratereview.healthcare.gov/ .

Typical secrecy. They don't want anything out there.

They have done that in the past (pre and post ACA) as well. IMHO doesnt mean anything as they are historically very tight lipped about plan designs, rates, etc. until the last minute.

It looks like Blue Cross of Illinois did the same thing. I kind of like that actually. The Government says, "We want transparency. Take off your clothes!" BCBS says, "OK", removes their clothes and underneath is body armor.
