Why Should You Use A Predictive Dialer or a Power Dialer?

Hi Rick, can you be specific about Dynamic? In one sense you are but what was the major diff once they changed their platform? How did it impact your bottom line?

Since I was sharing the dialer with another agent we needed to have the ability to download the leads that were generated. Changing platforms made it much more difficult for us. I can't recall exactly what problem we had but their change necessitated a return to salesdialers. I'm happy to say saledialers seems to have their act together and has been working non-stop for 6+ months.
