I believe so, but, you don't have to be captive to give the person the toll free number to MoO.

It's the best rate out there and it's a true GI. I don't even know of another true GI, except for Americo Ultra III or a real pre need policy.

Americo Ultra III might work for her, it is a true GI policy, but it is also a modified death benefit. ROP + 8% I believe for the first 2 years. Vantis Life has a true GI policy too.
