I have been trying to keep up to speed on ACA and how to prepare for 2014, but it hit me last night thinking about this. How does the exchange handle people who can not do electronic applications? Will there be paper apps? All I hear is everything will be online.

Not that I do any paper apps anymore. Just wanted to see if anyone had noticed.

Yes, otherwise 3/4ths of his base would not get on the plan . It's also the reason they've created "navigators" to touch the hard to reach places.

I have seen the phones at assurancewireless.com and heard the commercials on the radio.

It still amazes me and makes my blood boil: Unlimited minutes, texts, and data for $30 with a free phone. My plan for unlimited minutes, texts, and 4 gb of data is $110 with tax not including what I paid for the phone....

I read back when the ACA was first passed that Social Security offices, Department of Motor Vehicles and other government agencies will have Navigators present to help. The old "take a number and wait" setup.

Looks like there will now be 2 avenues for enrolling people.
1. Navigator Program
2. In-person Assistance Program

In-person assistance sounds like something I'd like to do if the pay is adequate. Unfortunately though, it's not 100% finalized.

The government-endorsed Enroll America website is kept current with Exchange (and other related) information.

Actually it's not a ponzi scheme. Social Security and Medicare are the ponzi schemes.

I work with Medicare plans although there is nothing in the Constitution that allows the feds to require people to contribute nor even offer insurance.
