I currently owe personal taxes to the IRS and have a payment plan set up which is in good standing. I just applied for my license but have read some things online that are worrying me. What do they typically look at when making a decision on licensing? Federal Taxes? State taxes? Credit rating?

I've seen the question asked on some apps, but there's usually a space for an explanation. I would think some will approve & some won't. I'm life & health so I don't know if P&C is the same.
