Will the Individual Mandate Fall Next?

the chatter seems to be growing out there for its delay too
the rationale seems sound-how can you give big bad business a break but not the avg joe?
And if they are both delayed, would a cutting edge (I use that loosely and with contempt) state like CA move forward anyways without delay?
I suppose the feds could still keep the subsidy money in play

It will be tough to keep subsidies in play without having a way to pay for it (fines, etc.). If the employer mandate was delayed for political reasons, there is no reason to fire up the masses (or 50% of the masses, I guess) about not paying for the largest increase in government spending.
