Winback Scripts/Advice For New Employee?

I just hired a telemarketer to do "in house" winback calls from our purchased lists within the whole company. What is the best technique to get these winbacks or at least get them re-interested in our company? Most of the policies were terminated due to Non-Pay, very few have negative comments or termination requested by the insured.

Anyone have tips for my new employee?

Add in 'compete for' as well as 'earn' their business.
