Workers Compensation Marketing

I am contemplating switching my approach from commercial property and general liability to workers compensation. It seems that commercial clients are more concerned about WC than their other business insurance. Does anyone on the forum specialize in workers compensation? If so, how are you marketing for WC? Cold calling? Gathering x-dates? I appreciate any help/advice that you can offer.

WC is treated like a commodity in the eyes of most agents and business owners, so be ready to win and lose accounts on price alone.

Also when the economy suffers and payrolls drop, you are holding the bag. What industries are you thinking about?
