ask most people off the street and they dont know what property and casualty means, use auto, home, life, health, business.....thats what mine says

If you are licensed with life and health take advantage of it when the opportunities arise. P/C can yield lost of cross sell situations that can be looked at as icing on the cake for a busy P/C office. Life contracts are easy to get as well. No premium requirements so do it.

I tried to open a p&C agency after only doing life and health and I quickly realized that getting the E&O and carriers is tougher than it is with L&H. A lot tougher.

As a requirement of my contract with my company, I HAVE to sell life but I do very well with P&C only.
