KHN in fact has no clue how HHS will rule on this, or any other provisions in the ambiguous law we fondly call Obamacare. It appears this woman is referring primarily, if not exclusively, to group health plans.

As long as Obamacare remains in place the regulations are subject to the whims of whoever is running HHS at the time.

Even as the law is interpreted today, a diagnostic colonoscopy is not a mandated "free" benefit.
