Americo, Monumental, UHL covers about everything I need with some of best rates and simple fast issue. I have others for rare situations but I do best by focusing on two or three carriers to keep my volume of cases higher. I get bogged down trying to place an obscure case and that cuts into my volume.

1)Monumental, 2)Liberty Bankers,3)?? Mutual of Omaha? Continental Life? not sure on the last one. I know MoO has a big name and good rates for seniors which is what i mostly work with. Their underwriting is pretty tough though. CL has the ability to write 85-89. They have decent underwriting and a good name now as well since they were bought by Aetna. So I dunno. #3 may be a tough call.
