That's true, you have to use the mailed apps. It's the only company I know of that doesn't let you download apps.

Again, your upline probably has applications they can mail you or email you. Contact them. They will help you. If they don't, fire them

I hate to bug any of you with this BUT I was appointed with 5 star about two weeks ago and STILL no welcome packet & no apps. Any chance JD or another Indiana FE guy could email me the 5 star FE app / replacement forms please ? email me at [email protected] 5 star is slow as a turtle to get me the welcome packet or apps.

I agree that your upline should be able to help you. If not reach out to Brad Aden, Todd King or Newby. I do not know what state are you in. A California app may not help you if you are in Florida.

If you are in Indiana I have agents all over the state with apps. Just come by my office if you are in southern Evansville.

Todd posted an app for him. I thought that the apps got screwed up if you printed them off yourself.

I was told you have to print them in color and fax them in color.

That is what I was told. However, We color faxed one over this evening and got a message on our machine that said receiving fax does not receive color faxes so it was faxed B&W. Then we received a confirmation fax from 5 Star saying they got it.

This just seems like a company that does not know what it is doing. This is my first app with them, we will see.
