I just downloaded a trial version of this program. It seems to be a great CRM tool. I especially like that it not only organizes clients but also prospects.
I will be purchasing this next time I am flush with cash and recommend the same for any new agent.
No, I am not Franks cousin and get nothing from this endorsement.
It really is a excellent tool for any agent and all I am saying is check it out. I didnt find myself saying once,"why doesnt it do this?"

This is a great program!!!
Nice job Frank.

Are you coming home for christmas?
HA HA!
Seriously though, Thanks!:)
Not only for your program but for your contribution to this forum.

I downloaded the trail version too. My version was titled, "How to raise goats and earn a living". What da hell! I thought Frank was selling a ins office software product??

Naw, that is just a cover for my black market goat business. Goats, that's where the big money is, makes selling insurance look like selling apples on the street corner.

Do you guys know what time it is???

Does anybody really know what time it is? Does anybody really care?

It's later there than it is here.

I really like YIO. I would like to see an option that would warn you upon entering duplicate contats.

I've experienced the same "operator error" myself. I haven't figured out a good way of doing that.

For example, I may have clients with the same first and last name who could conceivably live in the same senior apartment complex. Not only would their name be the same but their street address may be as well. The only thing that would be different would be their apartment number, birth date and SS number.

I'm always open to suggestions and ideas. That's how I determine when I need to do an upgrade.

Frank, do you sing backup or lead in Chicago? Your talents never cease to amaze me.

With my voice? I just kept them supplied with goat porn. :D:D:D
