I don't think there is an abundance of agents who produce those numbers and if they do I doubt many would switch FMO'S to save a few dollars on leads.

Most are paying close to or right at $30 a lead. At 20 leads per week that's a savings of over $10,000 a year.

If an agent is producing $150,000AP annually on a consistent basis he is probably getting perks from his current FMO and will not move. If I was an FMO I certainly would do something special for an agent like that. Good luck.

What kind of perks for example?
I can't think of any.

Contracts much more lucrative than street level. Incentive trips paid for by the agency. I have heard some FMO'S discount the price of leads for production so I don't think your offer is much better than what is already being done.

Most agents that produce more than 150,000 AP
Do have higher than street. I wasn't talking about taking that away, that would be brainless.

The incentive trip paid for by the agencies are a great perk and they are awsome.That said.
If your in a good IMO you don't have to produce 150,000 AP to participate in the incentive trip. I've even seen IMO extend trip for agents with 10,000 AP monthly.
I also was not talking about taking that away. that too would be pointless.

You've heard fmo's, Imo's discount their leads. Anyone in specific? Do you know any details, how much? maybe it'll give us some ideas agents can benefit from.

I've heard of discounts for agents in the 200,000+ catergory but not so much for agents in the 150,000 AP range. So I figured maybe bring it down for them too.

For now we're discounting pretty heavily at
20.00 a lead. Especially a direct mail lead card that in my opinion is quickly becoming the new gold standard leads. That's the only lead card I personally use.
