150,000 plus agents get 20.00 fixed price Direct mail leads

Most agents that produce more than 150,000 AP
Do have higher than street. I wasn't talking about taking that away, that would be brainless.

The incentive trip paid for by the agencies are a great perk and they are awsome.That said.
If your in a good IMO you don't have to produce 150,000 AP to participate in the incentive trip. I've even seen IMO extend trip for agents with 10,000 AP monthly.
I also was not talking about taking that away. that too would be pointless.

You've heard fmo's, Imo's discount their leads. Anyone in specific? Do you know any details, how much? maybe it'll give us some ideas agents can benefit from.

I've heard of discounts for agents in the 200,000+ catergory but not so much for agents in the 150,000 AP range. So I figured maybe bring it down for them too.

For now we're discounting pretty heavily at
20.00 a lead. Especially a direct mail lead card that in my opinion is quickly becoming the new gold standard leads. That's the only lead card I personally use.

We pay for a weekend getaway for any Agent that produces $5k I/P for two consecutive months.

Cruise / Vacation for 2 adults and 2 / 4 kids for $10k for three months in a row.

Yup I agree that's good. Easily earned is nice.

That was the idea I was going for, by lowering the premium produced by agent to be only 150,000
easier to reach for the masses. Can a $10 savings per lead is huge to those people.

Shoot if you're doing telesales, I would give you 50 free leads a week if you have proof of production.
