You guys are literally retarded for doubting this guy. His numbers actually suck in reality. If my agents dont write at least 5 apps a day theyre fired. And our avg app is $95/m premium. Don't listen to these wannabe's. Half the posts show how lazy they are. "Aww sounds like a real grind awww I work smarter not harder" blah blah blah I would throw guys with that attitude out in 3 seconds flat. And those commissions are extremely generous. Maybe the lead cost is lower than mine though. Anyways let me know when you're running the TV ads I'll buy all your overflow. Keep hustling and leave guys like this in the dust where they belong

We ran a few more D2D leads this week and didn't come close to the previous results. The canvassers were inconsistent. I didn't manage the process to see how it would do. I don't know if the D2D is scaleable.

I can't wait to see how the TV commercials turn out.

We have an expectation of the TV - I hope the results will be in line.
 
*** D2D its the outdated process you are avoiding by choosing this evolved model. It can seem difficult getting your CPA right when testing lead sources but when you get it right it will pay off handsomely. At your generous commission structure you can pay weekly draw for newer agents and charge a % of each lead so your guys dont treat them like trash if its not a complete laydown. TV calls are good but hard if youre the one running the ad unless you have an outlet for potential overflow. Dont wanna miss valuable calls just because you only have 4 guys on the phone. Feel free to ask me any general questions if you want help predicting profitability etc...when I said I was going to start this I got the same response from the dinosaurs of this industry...and guess what? The lazy bastards are still busy "out in the field" crying about how hard they work while my guys are hustling their asses off in the same chair all day making sale after sale.
