We are looking for a 20 yr term in the 250-500k range. I know he will be table rated but what carrier should I be looking at and at what table rating? Thanks in advance

Try Pru...looks like a table C on build.

Prot and NA are lower prices even 2-3 tables higher...

He bust the scales on their build table. Even the rated plan.

I also would look at Pru or one of the companies like Banner or AIG comparing build charts and rating, They rate off of S+.

Only going to be paid up through T2 anyway.

Look into Transamerica Trendsetter series; very liberal ht/wt requirements. This young man could qualify for standard rates.
