You might be able to issue Family Life's Viva Life term on her. The application does not ask about sickle cell. Neither does Colombian's SI term... Does she have full blown sickle cell anemia or has she just been diagnosed with sickle cell trait? Taking medication? Hospitalized last 10 years for it?

Full-blown. She had a blood clot in her heart couple years ago. She takes medication for it.
If that be the case, I am not sure they would issue it but it wouldn't hurt to give it a try.
