Any carriers that will write on this young lady?

I write for a carrier who will issue this immediate coverage at standard rates if only sickle cell trait, ages 0-85, up to $20k max.

If full blown sickle cell then it would be a plan with a waiting period, ages 0-85, up to $10k max.
