25 Year Old Insulin Dependent Diabetes

I have a prospect I ran into yesterday. He is age 25 and on insulin with no other health issues or meds. Problem is he was diagnosed at age 15. Before Monumental changed their apps it seems they would take it as long as it was not diagnosed prior to age 15. The new app does not indicate whether it is a knockout question. I will call Monlife tomorrow but does anyone know of a carrier that will take this with immediate benefit?
