Would somebody please answer PA? The guy has a legit question. Is this proof that under 65 individual comp is going to Med Advantage model and why arent the other carriers releasing similiar comp schedules ? What is goin on here ?
 
I'm sure they are looking hard at every expense in the 20% MLR category. Streamlining contracts for more cost efficiency across certain lines makes sense to me. They can also control the MLR better with set amounts vs % on original premium that fluctuates.
 
If this is true, whos crying wolf now that agents won't be involved in this ? HMMMMM???????
