3clogic dialer

3clogic doesn't list their prices on their website. For me, that means they are WAY overpriced. Why would I waste my time????
 
I know they showed up here and made several accounts all at once and started advertising, dont list their prices and dont list the codebases they're using on their site. reeks of quality to me.

Something like 100% of all dialers are freepbx or asterisk based.

They also mention the cloud a lot and thats scary. Several attempts have been made to run vicidial on the amazon cloud, but timing issues ruin it

I work out of Philippines, had been using Hellohunter and moved to 3CLogic about 2 months back. I find their dialer very handy and efficient. They cost much less than other dialer solutions that I have previously worked with, their ability to screen not connected calls is great, though occasionally some answering machines do slip in, but expected. One thing I absolutely love is their prompt support. I haven't used it for a long time now, but I would still recommend it. I am currently running 6 agents on 3CLogic.

Moved just 2 months ago, love how responsive tech support is, but havent used it for a long time. Logic fail was used in that post.

3clogic is very costly for all small and medium level agencies, because of there charges!

I know one dialer where you can pay per agent.
and it is only $9.99 one time fee. so there is nothing extra you need to pay..

I suggest you to check it now because I reduced 80% of my dialer costs by switching to it!!

I have 14 seats with 3CLogic and frankly it is an amazing dialer.
we just load leads and start dialing... thats all. the pricing is also very reasonable and you wont believe the number of features they have. we have recently integrated with salesforce crm and they did it like in a day!
I never used other products before but while evaluating all dialers i felt this was best priced with same features as others out there.
 
They charged us 49.95$ per seat.. and that includes all features.. predictive/preview/progressive dialer, crm integration, call recordings, barge in , reports, realtime dashboard etc and ofcourse support..
 
Anything else you have to pay like per minute charges or a hosting fee? Is that a discount because of you having so many seats?
