I haven't found that all. They will take people that RNA, Americo or Monumental won't.

My experience has been that 5 Star is fairly limited on their underwriting.
I'm licensed with them, & sold policies with them. If 5 star wouldn't take them, I've put it through Monumental without problems.
The IMO that I'm with for 5 star is very limited in what I else can sell through them, (but that's a story for another day). I've been thinking about getting a release and putting my contract elsewhere.
Tis is a very timely thread for me.

I've put RNA and Monumenatal declines with 5 Star. Usually when the decline was fro an Rx is when that's the route to take. I find them to be about as liberal as any company I write.

I was going to complete this contracting paperwork you linked to, but it says that neither home nor mailing address can be a PO Box. I have no other option. I only receive mail at a PO Box. Why is that not an option?

The companies will require you to have a physical address. I think the mailing address can be a PO box. Just have to have a physical home address. Must be an error.

When I got an email on that the other day, I knew that could have been worded a little better. They left out "up to".
