They don't -- They send it on directly to the Owner.

You can call in and request it be sent to you first. Then call in a second time, and then about the third time they'll start mailing them to you.
Just make sure you call in on Fridays lol

I prefer they mail the app to prospects who fill it out and send it in with premium.

Yes, but as others have said, it takes a while to train them to send them to you. You can have it set up either eway. All the policies mailed to the agent or all the policies mailed direct to clients.
They say you can it on every app if you wish but I haven't seen them follow through on that.
I have it set up for all policies to come to me but I still write on the front page, "send policy to agent for delivery".
That gets them to me. If I have one that I want sent direct I will write that on the front page. I'll be very surprised if it gets done.
