Fex has become a joke. I don't know why you pick them over others.

OK I'll bite. How so? We seem to be one of a very small group of agencies that have very happy and high producing agents who are making a lot of money. Great relationships with insurance companies. In the #1 spot (of national production) with a couple of companies and in the top three with a couple of others) which is amazing to me with our tiny agent force compared some of our competitors who are 10x the number of agents we have. And we know our strengths and weaknesses. We definitely don't try to be all things to all people. It seems that every agency/builder I talk to is Trying to get to where we are. They all tell me that in those exact words. I'm a little biased of course but I think of us as an American success story. David competing against a LOT of Goliath's.

So what's the joke?

That's just it. OLA has horrible reputation in industry. How are they better then FEX ? CAn you give specific examples?

When I was new and part-time I was had some contracts with an IMO that was under One Life. I had good comp levels, decent support, and they treated me well. They were a bit light on the training, and they did not offer access to a fixed price DM lead program, which Ifelt I needed to make the jump to full-time. I do not know of One Life's "horrible reputation." Whatever stories may be told, my own personal experience, limited though it may be, was positive, and I can't speak an ill word about them.

Lol almost every "imo" on here has contracts through One Life & even NAA (dba Superior Performers). I laugh when people talk bad about these IMOs but yet they're the ones at the top overriding most of the industry.

Look at your commission statements. A lot of carriers list all the IMOs that are in the hierarchy.
