A client for life!!! With a simple tool.

Congrats on figuring out the retention formula.

We use a similar newsletter and it works like a charm. There's nothing that works as good as paper and ink, showing up in the mail box on a regular basis. Depending on how large the clients are, we send them monthly or every other month.

We DON'T talk much insurance, mostly human interest, something engaging, highlight the client of the month, etc.

I'm seriously AMAZED at how many agents don't do this because they think it's too expensive.

Too expensive to keep happy clients? HUH? That's just stupidity talking.

The newsletter is a must.

You also know that the goats we raise are full-blood, registered show goats.

I have never eaten goat meat but definitely would not eat one that would bring that kind of money. Not when one can buy goats to eat for around $125 to $150.
How about addressing the issue of "only helping them over the fence officer."

Is it just my imagination, it seems that every other thread here, degenerates in a discussion of goats, or in the case of Chumps, goat porn. :daydream:

I would like to know how many of his association members are goats.

Hey all, the newsletter will go out today, it's the July edition, I'll just resend it, sorry for the delay, just got back into NY.

Thanks!

I had to send the first draft, so it's missing the coupons but you'll get the idea.

Are you using the regular mail or are you sending out your newsletter via email? I'm currently using constant contact to send mine out but I'd be interested in seeing your newsletter since I'm revamping mine and looking for ideas.

Thanks!

I use constant contact. I was actually working on a newsletter type of promo flyer/postcard/mailer. As you can see it's quite undefined as of yet.
