Yup, it's a lot easier selling a product when it's attached to an opportunity than it is to sell to a stranger off the street. Also easier to sell them training/marketing materials, seminars/conferences/conventions, or online access subscriptions.

You can't sell training / marketing materials anymore. But - Conventions are a great way to increase revenue and motivate.

Insurance is the perfect product for Referral Marketing, which is a great vehicle for someone to earn commissions from personal referrals and from referrals of those they recruit.

I predict 80% of our Participants will just refer people as licensed Referral Agents. The other 20% will be Writing Agents.

So 80% of 179,000 agents were duds and the remaining 20% (36,000) grew the policies-in-force by a net of 10,000 policies for an entire year, approx 90% of whose premiums are forwarded on to a reinsurer, which puts the net insurance revenue retained about equal to the revenue generated via POL subscriptions. And what percentage of those new policies were actually purchased by the reps/recruits themselves? I've yet to hear a Primerican say they don't own a term policy, and there are over 400,000 individual reps/recruits with them at some point during any year.
