A.L.Williams & Hubert Humphrey . . .

I predict 80% of our Participants will just refer people as licensed Referral Agents. The other 20% will be Writing Agents.
Yes, the 20% write policies on the 80% who come and go each year. The commissions on a sale are the same whether sold to a green recruit or a stranger on the street. Fresh recruits look at it as a way to prove loyalty, or to demonstrate a willingness to follow the system, which inevitably preaches being a "product of the product". "How can you sell something you don't use yourself" is a phrase commonly heard in MLM circles.

We preach this as well. Makes sense.

I have a nice Term policy with Ameritas. I few WL policies with AmAm. ! high face Accidental policy with Assurity. My wife has the same - just smaller face. We are believers of Life Insurance.

Most everyone needs Life Insurance and tens of millions need Medicare products.

But have all your clients worked for those insurance providers?

Not sure about other companies.

We want everyone that joins as an Agent, to be a product of the product and show others how to as well.

Whether as a Referral Agent that has a Policy on themselves and also refers Friends & Family to earn Commissions, Bonuses & Incentives -or- as a Writing Agent that does the same BUT also writes the policies of the Referral Agents in their downline as well as their own book.

The danger of that, especially in high turnover/recruiting environments, is that cancelling the policy is one of the first acts they'll perform soon after leaving.

Well if you recruit 1000's, and many of them buy to be "a product of the product", and your total production is equivalent to the numbers recruited, which strangers are buying?

We project that each Referral Agent gets at minimum, a policy on themselves, while referring at minimum, 1 policy a month.

Writing Agents will produce more volume.

One of the reasons only a 6 month Advance is offered. Pay Thrus are 6 months vs 3. Rewards stability.
