A Question for You

I originally was motivated by fear. Fear of not paying the mortgage or supporting my Family. I would run around trying to close anything and everything that I could.

Then my GA told me that I was too concerned with the sales appointment and not concentrating enough on what it took to get to the sales appointment.

I decided on that day that I would only concentrate on seeing new people and the rest would fall in line. I changed my mentality and only concerned myself with prospecting.

18 years later, here we are.

50% of new insurance agents do not make it 18 months in the business. Most of you are the 50% that did make it.

What made you different from the 50% that didn’t make it? Can you share with us some of what you have learned in the business or how you made it?

What do you think the 50% of agents that didn’t make it did wrong?

Commitment to yourself and the business.
