One Blue Star left for you. Good for you. My middle son is out in August. They both deploy in the first half of this next year.

The oldest, #3, did 5 active then 5 reserves. He activated a couple years but finally had enough.

We have had enough. Time to enjoy the grandkids.

I wish them well! I suppose you'll see your grandkids in the service too.

The way the dufus and chief is "ending" the war we will be fighting them here by then. We watched as they brought one of the Fallen home from Afghanistan this morning with my son looking to see if one of the pictures were his buddy.

But no, we have done our part. Of course, we are three generations in so they probably won't listen either.
