AA or IA?

If F is real close in premium to D,E,G then it is good to sell as they can always reduce to one of these plans later if premiums get too high--which they will 100% of the time.

No K or L yet, very few companies offer them. However, I will be taking a closer look this winter.

When offering Medi Gap Plans do you prefer AA as in Attained Age or IA as in Issue Age?

Depends on the state: All MedSups I carry in MO are IA. In KS there are choices for IA, AA, (and CR for AARP).

Yes, AARP in MO is IA. One has to assume it is state law, although I haven't found it. Also, CR can be in the client's favor if over age 70. Under that, IA rules.
