ACA Loopholes

Does anyone know what loopholes can be used to get out of paying the tax penalty for not having an aca compliant plan this year?

I know religious aversion is one -- and I'm pretty sure there are several more. Any additional insight would be great.

I think somarco is right, I believe I did see conscientious objector on the list. When you do your taxes next year have your tax person put that in the new comment section of your 1040.
