Thought it was time to post (as many have asked though with the other threads timing was not right IMO) some info about ACAExpress. There is much more to the platform than I could go over in a post here, so let me just jump to it.

First, some may not realize how our pricing structure works. We have three pricing models:

- Standard which is for smaller producers and is $12.50 per application as they are completed.

- Pro Express which is $150 per month per user (log in) and includes the first 75 applications at no additional cost. Apps beyond the first 75 are $10. For those with more than one seat the included applications are 'pooled' amongst all users. This means if you had 10 agents they would have a pool of 750 applications they could submit between them before any excess fees kick in.

Both of the above are month to month and be switched back and forth as needed.

- Tiered Enterprise which is designed for large producers. If you and your agency are in the low to high five figures on the low side in production please email me directly.

On to the enhancements which will be deployed this weekend
While our competition requires 12+ screens, we listened and simplified. Here are some screenshots from the Customer Facing Site.

First screen, enter zip. Notice, no links to us and not even our logo! Your logo would be at the upper left.

Next, choose what business year (Open Enrollment or SEP) to run a quote for. We have both combined whereas they do not.

Next, enter age (pre-populated with age 30) and income (pre-populated with 25,000).

BOOM! Results displayed!

- Need to edit something? EASY! Click the field (age, income, etc.) and results are instantly updated!

And lastly, complete their info and submit!

I am sure too you will be pleased with the tools we provide in the Agent Dashboard which provides a ton of features you can use to grow and monitor your business.

Below is from the Agent Dashboard. You choose how to run rates; Quick Quote which requires very limited info (zip, age, smoker/non, etc.) or Create Applicant which allows you to log applicant info prior to seeing plans.

Questions? Please email me at [email protected]

I will do my best to check the thread and forum though direct email is fastest.

THANKS!

My ACAexpress website (consumer facing) last year was MUCH more complicated than you are now showing.

Please provide a link to a WORKING consumer-facing site.....the NEW, simpler design.

Thanks!

Interesting picture! I'm not offended one bit (Really), but you know some customers will be offended.

I never realized until you just pointed this out, my wife is NOT white...

Man... No one even told me!

I think the pic is just fine, great conversation starter perhaps?

Site looks really crisp and clean - good job on the design!

Pictures have NO business on the home page a business website!...unless it's relevant to that business!

I'm uncomfortable with the cross-eyed kid on last year's site (and I raised a cross-eyed kid).

I can't stand pictures of people who obviously need to go brush their hair (but I obviously need to go brush my hair on occasion).

A simple, uncluttered site doesn't distract, offend nor upset your potential clients.

Web designers think they need to be gender-neutral, race-neutral, politically correct, etc. Yet, they are only distracting & offending with all of their unnecessary CLUTTER!

Google doesn't need PEOPLE pictures to be the FASTEST search engine in the world!.....and phenomenally successful!!!! Amazon doesn't either!!!

You know...somehow I don't think the picture is the issue on 10/30.....

Well, if they'd show us the system, we wouldn't be sitting around discussing totally impertinent JUNK!
My sleeves are rolled up READY to see the important stuff!

The important stuff is how these companies pulling out of exchanges and going out of business are going to screw up the APTC calculations. It won't matter at tax time 2017, but I don't think the subsidy you see on the 2015 WBE sites (or HC.gov) is what you're going to get for your 2016 Insurance plan, in many states.

TxOnline, in Kenny's original post above, he said:"On to the enhancements which will be deployed this weekend"

So, I think what is happening is that ACAExpress was simplifying when Sherpa was going the other direction. This weekend, ACAExpress is planning to roll out these upgrades. I know that they also integrated with AgencyBloc, a popular crm for agents, so I'm interested in seeing what ACAExpress has to offer.
