I just closed a 60K cash in hand in my office. Instead of avoiding the subject I brought it up, and we watched the video together on my computer. Thanks for the video RUSS. I have found that by addressing the very issues that has us concerned we can ease the mind of the person that we are doing business with. Would you not agree that is better that my client hear this from me as opposed from hearing it on the news or from a friend. Just my 2 cents worth I hope it helps.

I agree with your approach, when there is an obvious objection, it is best to address is head on. Defuse the explosives immediately.
I tried for two hours to take him down to the bank to get a cashiers check and he refused. Finally I asked him how he planned on paying for the annuity and he told me CASH.
I told him OK, I will take your cash, now say that I am a crook and I stole all of your money.
What would you do now?
I then told him to get his money and that I would be out warming up the car. To this day he has been a good customer of mine.
