Hello everyone! I have actually read a ton on this forum, but this is my first post! I have been a captive agent for a year and a half. I have dealt in life, health, di, ltci, annuities, etc. At this point i am really considering going indy? Can anyone offer any advice on appointments and good companies in Ohio?

Are you Series, 6, 7 or 63 licensed and do you want to be?
What part of Oho are you located in? (Nice snow we just had, eh?)
How much training do you need and in what areas?

I am very comfortable with life. I have written individual health through assurant and golden rule. Ive done a little group with assurant. Ive also done some di through illinois mutual. I write my life through Western and Southern and health through our western southern agency(broker). I have received excellent training in paritcular on the life side of things as well. I am not six licensed. I live in akron ohio. I am considering marketing health life and di to individuals and small businesses?
