Aetna billing

    Got an email from a client, effective 10/1 with Aetna.

    Seems Aetna never drafted her account for the initial or follow up premium.

    This is not the first time it has happened. Anyone else having billing issues with Aetna?

    Aetna didn't draft my sister for three months, then hit for for 4 months at once.

    IMHO Aetnas' billing and commission department is about as reliable as a concrete parachute.

    I have a direct contact with Aetna billing and they still can't seem to draft my premium (I have an Aetna policy) out of my bank account. I have been trying to get it setup for 4 months!

    Sounds like some very efficient back-office processes!

    Of course, Aetna would tell you how client and agent centric they are...
