Aetna Medicare ships "Caring for You" kits!

Hello everyone!

Great news!!! I am excited to share that all of your enrolled Medicare members will receive one of our "Caring for You" kits!

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues and flu season begins, we wanted to do something special for our members to help support them with simple self-care at home. Kits contain specially curated, over-the-counter items, including a thermometer, hand sanitizer and Aetna-branded face masks.

People are loving them. Have gotten several calls already from clients excited they received them. One lady wanted to know how much her premium is going to because they sent this package for no reason. They probably did it because of the changes they made to their MA plans like raising the Max OOP way up. Still a nice gesture and people love free crap.

My Mom is an Aetna PPO mb and received this "All for You" box, but some of my other customers have not received them. I'm wondering if they were forgotten or if the boxes are still in transit? How many of your Aetna MA customers have received these? I'm also going to ask the local Sales Manager to get the scoop.

I've had a few call and tell me they received them but not sure what % have gotten them. They said they were starting 8/1 and sending to all MA clients so assume they just haven't received them yet. Like anything there will probably be some overlooked though. One guy had the nerve to call and ask if I had 2 more of the masks he could have. He had gotten 2 but wanted 2 more.
