We don't use it in our agency as the owner found something cheaper and not as good. AMS is expensive but it must be good as it has stood the test of time. For agency systems Redshaw was the first and I believe AMS was second on the scene and that goes back to the 80's. Depending upon if it does what you want it to do, you can't go wrong with it.
