I missed that...thought I read a while back that they refunded the $175,000 when this started.Well, she still lost out on $17,500 because of this mess!

More than that if you think about it. She lost control of her finances as her son became conservator of her assets. It is the son that undid the contract. Anyone wondering if the client even has any enjoyment from her assets now?

The million dollar question is would the bank officer had notified the authorities if Fran and her boyfriend had been there to withdrawal her money for a mutual fund.

She could have said she needed the money to pay the upfront taxes for the Nigerian lottery and everything would have been fine.
