Agent Training

I am new to the business and was wondering what someone would normally pay for annuity training from some of these companies that help with marketing? I have talk with many that say their training is the best, all you have to do is get contracted...is that how the annuity industry is? What Should I/you be willing to pay for training?

Buy and read a couple books, read old posts in this forum, get contracted with a couple fmo's and after you have a good feel for annuities, find someone who knows what their doing and offer them 1/2 of your commissions.

Who knows, you might learn something....
