Anyone working with agents dialer? A very good guy suggested them and I'm not that tech savvy. Also.. does anyone listen in to the calls their telemarketers are making?

I have used hosted dialer for my agents. Never had any issues and very user friendly.

Only if they are smart businesspeople.
