Agents Sue Nationwide

This is why insurance premiums are so damn high... what in the hell?

Maybe I should go work for Farmers so I can sue them for a payday as well...

Actually, I bet Nationwide will be THE place to work after this lawsuit to prevent them from having another one.

I am glad to see, the real crooks getting their just due. Now let see, maybe Allstate, farmers, and State farm are next.

I think Allstate and State Farm are next (didn't SF agents file a lawsuit recently?!). Soon the big captives will have to w2 their agents in order to give quotas or just sell direct online or 800# call centers.

I think they all are getting sued. But it seems on the nationwide, someone was paying attention, (the judge). They all have the same business model, Take advantage, and make money off their agents.

The big guys can't go direct, it would be impossible and take 10 + years to build up the infrastructural to do so. The more likely thing would be to W2 their agents which ironically is the exact reverse of what Allstate did in '98.
